We are northern meat purveyors who produce a range of hand cured & smoked meaty treats from our farm based swinery using locally sourced high welfare animals.  We use the best produce the North East has to offer and create modern and classic charcuterie along with our much coveted spiced treacle bacon. We currently operate as trade only supplier and service the North East Food Industry.
